World Candle Day is today and I am celebrating by lighting my favourite scents around my home and sharing 5 Small Candle Businesses To Check Out below all of which are based in Northern Ireland.
From sunwashed linen, and tropical breeze to cotton kisses, there is a scent for every season and day of the week to fill all the rooms in your house.
One of my favourite things to do is light a candle, sit back, and relax while reading my book, what scent of candle I light depends hugely on what season or time of the year it is for me.

For instance, in Spring I light sunwashed linen, and in winter I opt for cinnamon as it gives me major festive vibes and I know that Christmas is near. Plus at the end of a stressful day lighting a candle and sitting down to relax can work wonders for our mental health and self-care routines.
